First Steps Forms & Initial Advice
This Includes:

• Advising which forms you need
• Support completing C100, C1A, FM1, etc.
• Next steps guidance
Reviewing Forms & Guidance
This Includes:
• Reviewing forms you’ve drafted
• Suggesting edits
• Highlighting risks or missing information
• Tailored guidance
Position Statements & Guidance
This Includes:
• Reviewing background information
• Drafting or editing your position statement
• Ensuring clarity, chronology, and child focus
• Guidance on presenting it in court
Court Hearings
This Includes:
• Support during the hearing.
• Taking notes
• Helping you stay focused and organised throughout the process.
Ongoing Client Discount:
After your first hearing, if further paperwork is required (such as Section 7 responses, additional position statements, or document reviews), a 10% loyalty discount is applied to all paperwork services.
